Our Services
At Stage To Amaze, your house will be transformed into a
showcase home. I offer advice that will increase the
demand of your property to gain the competitive edge
resulting in fewer days on the market and maximum profit
to the homeowner. I will work within your budget to
offer a wide variety of services in a short amount of
time.
Home Consultation (includes a report and proposal for services)
We will begin with a tour of the home and will review
the eight-step, home staging process by taking a
detailed look of each room from a buyer’s perspective.
We will assess what staging needs should be implemented
and offer recommendations that will improve the home for
buyers’ appeal. I will take photographs and end with a
proposal based upon the amount of work needed to get
your home sold quickly, and for top dollar.
Approximately 1-2 Hours
“Top Ten” Priority Report
The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that are well
on their way to being staged and just need a little
extra direction. This customized report focuses on the
ten most important things the seller should do right
away to increase the value of their home and obtain a
faster sale.
Half Day Staging (4 hours) or Full Day Staging (8 hours)
Working from our 8-step Action Plan that we began in the
consultation, the focus will be to make dramatic
transformations to your home with furniture placement,
lighting, décor accessories, and sometimes cosmetic
improvements (wallpaper removal, paint, countertops,
carpet, etc.). I will take photographs to enhance your
agents marketing efforts and create the “WOW” factor
needed to captivate potential buyers’ emotions.
Vacant Home Staging
This service is for that vacant house that needs to
"Feel Home" by making it warm and inviting. My services
can help the homebuyers envision themselves living
there, instead of focusing on the vacant empty details.
A proposal will be provided after an initial
consultation and walk thru.
Completed Action
Plan and “Do-It-Yourself” Guide
After visiting your
home, I will prepare a comprehensive, easy to follow,
10-page personalized Action Plan to any of the above
staging services in order to complete the look
yourself. I will also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides
for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the
value of your home.
Follow-Up
STAGE TO AMAZE
maintains close contact with the homeowner or realtor
representative throughout the process and is readily
available if needed.
Shopping
I will shop within the homeowner’s budget for any
additional accessories or furnishings for the home,
passing along my designer discounts.
